Whitehall Media’s 9th IDM conference to discuss how Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a critical business intelligence resource for large enterprise organisations.
With the market for Identity and Access Management (IAM) set to grow to over $10 billion by 2018, organisations are ever-pressed to define secure access control and what users with certain devices can and cannot do on the corporate network.
Whitehall Media’s prestigious 9th IDM conference, which is to be held on 18 June 2014 at the Hotel Russell in central London, is set to explore strategic trends that are shaping the IAM landscape and how IAM is transitioning from being the sole preserve of the IT department to a critical business intelligence resource for the boardroom. The all-day conference will bring together hundreds of senior IAM architects, managers and specialists to discuss how IAM can deliver a competitive edge, minimise risk and increase business agility and profitability.
“Identity Management has emerged as a viable solution for large enterprise organisations who are under increasing pressure to strengthen their security perimeter while also reducing costs and streamlining business performance,” said Whitehall Media’s managing director Waqas Hashemi. “Our conference will provide an in-depth analysis of the main issues, trends and challenges in the IAM landscape, giving delegates critical business insight into how they can secure their entry points and data assets in an increasingly mobile and globalised work environment.”
The event will be chaired by Steve Gold who is Group Editor at Netcomms Europe. Speakers will include BT, Global Identity Foundation, Loughborough University, Smals, Deloitte, Ping Identity as well as case studies from the financial services sector, media industry and foreign e-government initiatives. Platinum sponsors for the event include Forgerock and NetIQ.
