Chuck has over eighteen years’ experience providing Information Assurance (IA), Assessment & Authorization (A&A), systems analysis, and Oracle database management and security support for DoD, NAVSEA, the U.S. Coast Guard, Program Office – Information Technology, and Military Sealift Command (MSC). Chuck served as the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) at the Combat Direction Systems Activity – Dam Neck and the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for both NAVSEA and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He is a Navy Qualified Validator (NQV-III-02489) and has been working as an ISSO, ISSM, and NQV since 2013. He also holds CISSP certification and is qualified at IAM Level III per DoDI 8570.01M.
