As we work more frequently on the road, our mobile devices are fast becoming the first tool we turn to. Not just to check email, but to access files, make document changes or share important content with others.  So when we work while mobile, it’s important to think about how to not only maintain productivity while doing so in a secure way so business data is never compromised.

This is the premise behind the new Soonr Go application. Soonr Go was designed by putting the mobile user first. Unlike other applications that were developed first for desktops and then adapted to support mobile devices, Soonr Go was created from the ground up for use on today’s smartphones and tablets. As a result, it considers both the productivity and security features mobile users need to ensure that they can work effectively and securely on any device they choose.

At its core, Soonr Go is a sophisticated secure file share and collaboration solution. It gives users the power to easily share, access, and work on files, whenever and where ever they need to.  Users can take any and all project folders or files on their mobile devices, and work on those documents whether in- or out-of-network. Plus, with integrated mobile device management capabilities such as data loss prevention (DLP) and remote wipe, security-conscious users and administrators can now rest easy knowing that data is always protected. It’s innovation that is changing the shape of secure file sharing for today’s mobile world.

Among the powerful mobile productivity and security capabilities offered by the new Soonr Go app are features including:

Integrated Mobile Device Management – For comprehensive security on mobile devices which are prone to theft or loss, Soonr Go offers DLP to prevent content download, export and copy, and a remote wipe functionality which allows administrators to remove only business content from any synced mobile devices. This smart mobile device management also supports automatic recovery for the easy restoration of lost data to a device and further supports device security through a hardware ID approval feature. All this is built-in without the need to purchase or install additional third-party software.

Mobile Smart Sync – For seamless operation from any mobile device, Soonr Go delivers the ability to sync full or selective folders on each of a users’ devices so that they can be easily accessed both on and offline. Featuring complete device awareness functionality, Soonr Go also allows users to only sync selected files and folders on specific devices so that device bandwidth and storage is optimized, an especially useful feature for smartphones with limited storage capacity.

Built-in Editing & Markup– Now users can make multiple document edits and markups even in offline mode, without the need to purchase or integrate additional software. In addition, Soonr Go includes the ability to scan-to-PDF and capture project photos and videos in the field.

Intuitive Usability – Soonr Go supports even the most complex document sharing structures by giving users multi-account access through a single interface and a crisp document thumbnail preview feature so that users can easily navigate to the documents they need from even the smallest devices.

By putting mobile users first, with integrated on-device productivity and security, Soonr Go gives users the power to truly work anywhere, anytime on any device without worry or frustration. Business content is secure and that delivers valuable peace of mind for mobile workers everywhere.
