“The circumstances surrounding encryption and privacy in the United States have forced the debate into the courtroom, effectively making it a zero sum game. Tech companies and law enforcement now seek a ‘win’ for their side, rather than a mutually satisfactory solution. The courts are a blunt instrument for achieving resolution on complex technology issues. In most cases they are less than ideal for finding a reasonable compromise.”[/su_note][su_box title=”About Tripwire” style=”noise” box_color=”#336588″]Tripwire is a leading provider of advanced threat, security and compliance solutions that enable enterprises, service providers and government agencies to confidently detect, prevent and respond to cybersecurity threats.
