On February 24th, 2024, Change Healthcare was crippled by an 8.842 billion dollar (and growing) data breach. Due to the lack of multi-factor authentication on all employee endpoints, the company made headlines internationally. A few months later, Snowflake experienced its largest breach yet, affecting hundreds of customers, including AT&T, Ticketmaster, and Santander Bank.
