To mark ONPEX’s presence at PayExpo 2015, they have produced a white paper, Simplicity, Automation, Transparency – A vision to make all payments truly accessibly globally. The white paper acknowledges the problems of the fragmented payments landscape but gives the example of the ONPEX ethos as a way of meeting the expectations of both merchants and consumers.
- Simplicity – The complex world of global payments needs simplification. Consumers want to pay in a multitude of ways and in a multitude of currencies. Merchants should be able to let the consumer pay how they want to pay.
- Automation – Just because consumers wish to pay in a multitude of ways doesn’t mean that the merchant should have to employ a multitude of ways to accept them. Payment automation means that a single platform can handle this.
- Transparency – Payments can be complex. The merchant needs to be in control and know what is going on, not only in terms of cash flow, but in terms of regulatory compliance too.
