Culture Hack Scotland, Sync’s landmark annual event, will this year take place on the weekend of 12-14 July 2013. For our third – and possibly last ever – event of this kind, we will be hosting a 48-hour hack.
This fast-paced and highly creative celebration challenges everyone who attends to make innovative new culture-related projects in just a short time. The venue for the event is The Whisky Bond – a remarkable new creative space just north of central Glasgow. The building is home to Glasgow Sculpture Studio and features artists’ studios and co-working space; nearby are the HQs for Scottish Opera and the National Theatre of Scotland, and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s new second campus and studios.
