<p>Crackonosh follows a similar tactic to the use of celebrity figureheads in fake social media profile to coax people into investing. Ultimately, if it’s hiding under the guise of something, or someone we trust – in this case, popular games like Grand Theft Auto or Pro Evolution Soccer – people are more likely to fall for it. </p>
<p>It\’s vital that people are aware of these tactics. Once the software is downloaded, it can reign free to cause all sorts of problems, without the owner even knowing. Anything being shared for free online is an instant red flag, and people must always take a cautious approach when it comes to links, email addresses, and unusual requests.</p>
