The continued use of well-known vulnerabilities as initial attack vectors underscores the significant challenges faced by enterprises.  The sheer volume of vulnerabilities and effort required to address each one forces enterprises to be reactive, prioritizing those which are already being actively exploited, instead of proactively addressing potential risk. Today\’s dynamic threat landscape necessitates that enterprises employ all available sources of information to contextualize vulnerabilities, including network insights, application inventories, and risk management solutions, to proactively identify those which expose the enterprises to the greatest actual risk.
