BAE Systems is taking on 130 graduates and trainees in 2013 as it seeks to bolster its cyber security division. These people will be joining the firm’s growing cyber business Detica and it represents 44 per cent of the overall intake for the year. According to the National Audit Office, the cost of cyber crime in the UK is between £18 billion and £27 billion and this demonstrates how important this issue is.
