Quick AI Summary

At its simplest, eDiscovery is a term used to describe actions taken to collect, sort, identify and understand information stored on computers, hard drives, cell phones, digital cameras, web pages, tablets and other electronic equipment. When electronically stored information (ESI) is needed for legal purposes, eDiscovery can be used to successfully locate and preserve the accurate information. Forensic analysis of data is used to provide details regarding where and when it originated and who may have had access to it.

eDiscovery is the perfect complement to DriveSavers’ world class data recovery service. We implement the highest level of security protocols and government mandates to protect data during analysis or recovery, providing customers the utmost confidence in security and reliability.

The eDiscovery process
is more daunting, time-consuming and
expensive than ever before. It is imperative
that electronic documents of all types receive
 proper handling throughout the eDiscovery
process, especially while at a third-party
vendor. The failure to properly preserve and
produce ESI in litigation can result in serious consequences including court sanctions, loss of reputation and financial implications.

Data Collection

At DriveSavers, we provide a top-to-bottom set of capabilities needed to identify, recover, collect, analyze, preserve and authenticate data that may be used in legal proceedings. Our certified computer forensic specialists can accommodate all ESI platforms and our approach is designed to meet all security and confidentiality protocols required by our customers and the justice system.

DriveSavers delivers eDiscovery solutions that are legally defensible, repeatable and auditable. Our customized solutions help our customers control cost and manage the collection, processing, review and production of ESI.

Data Processing

Utilizing forensically sound best practices, DriveSavers quickly and efficiently processes ESI for attorney review. Advanced processing capabilities allow us to accurately reduce large volumes of ESI from multiple sources and formats, enabling us to identify and prioritize the most relevant data. Data can then be exported to TIFF, native or PDF formats and all major load file platforms.

Data Review & Hosting

DriveSavers offers a hosted, web-based document review and management solution designed to support corporate legal departments and law firms during the toughest phase of litigation and discovery. Our solution supports native review, native imaging, as well as TIFFs and paper-based data. Integrated production tools and a customizable workflow component allow clients to manage their documents throughout the process.

Expert Witness Testimony

Our legal services experts have testified in some of the most complex cases. As recognized legal experts, we are prepared to assist clients from initial document preservation to ESI processing, and from collection to production.

Team of Experts: Innovative. Accomplished

The dedicated professionals at DriveSavers are well known in the industry as highly qualified experts in the field. Their powerful combination of technical and legal expertise provides our clients with an unparalleled level of service that no other electronic discovery provider can offer.
