ISSE (Information Security Solutions Europe) has announced the programme for its 2014 conference, which takes place in Brussels on October 14th and 15th, 2014. Now in its 15th year, ISSE is the leading independent, interdisciplinary IT security event in Europe.

Stephan Somogyi, who is responsible for security and privacy product management at Google, will present the first keynote presentation, “How to protect a big player”. He will be followed by Howard Schmidt, a partner at Ridge Schmidt Cyber LLC and the former Cyber-Security Coordinator of the Obama Administration, who will talk about fighting against software vulnerabilities.
Organised by EEMA and TeleTrusT, the two-day conference includes more than 80 sessions run across four tracks. Key topics include:

Governmental cybersecurity strategies, authentication, authorisation and accounting; governance, risk and compliance
